Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If you habitually fail to attend for scheduled services or cancel scheduled services less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time, we may, at our sole discretion, assess a fifty-dollar ($50.00) fee.

 

Refund Policy

All package sales and all services are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • Your tattoo removal is completed in less than 10 treatments. This will need to be confirmed by your attendance to a Removery location and photographs submitted to the laser technician. The refund will be equal to the number of outstanding treatments that have not been performed at the discounted package price per treatment. The refund will then be submitted to be processed and returned to you within 45 days in the same manner as they were collected where possible.
  • Our medical director determines or agrees that in his/her sole discretion that you are no longer an appropriate candidate to receive treatment due to a medical condition. If you have commenced treatment the refund will be equal to the number of outstanding treatments that have not been performed at the discounted package price per treatment, less a $100 administrative fee. The refund will be processed and returned to you within 45 days in the same manner as they were collected where possible.

Except in accordance with the above conditions and state law all fees and services are non-refundable. All other refund requests must be reviewed by our management team and should be submitted in writing to care@removery.com titled: Refund request.
