Our goal is to optimise the removal experience for every client, making it as easy, comfortable, and efficient as possible.

THE ROLE

• Leadership role managing a small team and the day-to-day operations of our beautiful studio
• Full-time role available: must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday trading hours + one late-night trade
• Located in Miranda Shopping Centre, Sydney

The Studio Lead will lead their local team to success in providing outstanding tattoo removal services and customer service to their clients. They will drive business operating results through flawless execution of operations and optimising brand standards. They will be responsible for developing team members through coaching, goal setting while upholding performance accountability standards. The Studio Lead will enhance and maintain an inspiring and motivating workplace where the team can thrive.  As the subject matter expert across all things: laser tattoo removal, the Studio Lead will know our processes like the back of their hand and be able to operate our laser machines too!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver "5-Star" customer experience consistently as an individual contributor and as a studio team member
• Close sales and build strong rapport and connection with potential clients by listening to clients and their story, while demonstrating ethical sales practices, educating, and showcasing the value of our approach, service, and protocols
• Conduct consultations with new clients, educating them about the laser tattoo removal process
• Provide high quality, safe and thorough laser treatments, to a high standard, in line with our treatment
• Partner with our Regional Managers to drive business results such as increase in sales and collections
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to studio team members 
• Inspire team growth and promote an environment of accountability and engagement 
• Lead business initiatives including such as scheduling, preparing reports, evaluating data, and interviewing top talent
• Lead daily team huddles, checking in with team on the goals and plan for the day for best daily success
• Partner with the Retention Specialist to appropriately handle client complaints/escalations
• Spearhead community outreach and align with marketing initiatives, developing and nurturing relationships in the local community
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, including any facilities management ensuring the studio meet expectations for visual presentations, operational excellence, and brand standards 
• Manage all financial aspects including cash handling, banking, daily register close and expense reporting
• Manage stock and inventory
• Other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

You’ve done this before! 

• Ideally, you’ll be a leader with a strong track record of motivating and building teams and developing strong talent to achieve desired goals
• A leader that ideally has previous laser tattoo removal experience or in a similar field, looking for a change
• Strong connectivity and understanding of client needs with exceptional client experience standards 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across teams 
• Ability to quickly identify, assess and resolve opportunities and conflicts 
• Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisation skills     
• Self-motivated and solution oriented with a growth mindset
• Empathetic toward team members and disciplined in achievement of goals 
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate change
• Willingness and proven ability to be resourceful and solution-oriented 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; learn quickly and change direction on short notice
