Removery was formed in 2019 through a merge of the four leading tattoo removal brands in North America. The underlying businesses have operated a combination of 20+ years and have performed more than 950,000 treatments, enabling us to offer clients an unrivaled treatment experience. Based in Austin, TX, Removery is the only scaled, pure play provider of laser tattoo removal services in the world. We use best in class technology utilizing the innovative PicoWay® laser equipment to remove tattoos safely and effectively. The foundation is in place to build a network of 400+ locations across the US, Canada, and Australia over the next 5 years.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Removery, the world’s tattoo removal experts, is looking for a self-motivated and client focused, Client Services Associate (CSA) to deliver unmatched quality service to clients in our studios. As the CSA, you will deliver a 5-star guest experience to our new and existing clients who have come to us to begin their removal or fading journey and oversee the general maintenance and daily flow of your studio’s location.  Our studio teams have the rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference in people’s lives.  Removery is here to help our clients embrace change and begin this journey, knowing that our studio teams will be there to support them throughout the process. Our Client Services Associates have a passion for people and for the industry.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The CSA owns the daily schedule - check clients in/out. scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
  • Manage studio cleanliness, supply levels, and other daily operations
  • Ensure there is always opportunity in the schedule for same day consultations and same day treatments to be scheduled for new clients
  • Work with facilities and laser maintenance teams to ensure minimal disruption to the schedule
  • Deliver a warm and friendly welcome to our clients to ensure they have the best guest experience we can deliver
  • Work as an integral part of a cohesive team, ensuring the most seamless flow in operations each day
  • Maintain organization in the studio and keep detailed client records
  • Represent Removery’s brand, mission, and culture
  • Any other administrative-related tasks required for business operations

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Part-time studio schedule- Saturday shifts only 
  • Self-motivated, team player with excellent trouble-shooting capabilities and the ability to identify and solve problems when presented with them
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity working with client booking software
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements

  • Hourly wage determined by relevant experience: 18-22/hour
