Both Cody and Sam were incredibly accommodating, took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Sam even went out of her way to fit in my eyebrow removal appointment the same day, despite it being an additional treatment, and I was so grateful for her willingness to help.
