“I had a terrible experience communicating with Maggie. She was not friendly, extremely short, and completely unhelpful throughout the conversation. I was considering spending over $1,000 with Removery and simply wanted a general idea of pricing before driving an hour each way. I had to repeatedly ask basic questions, research their pricing myself, measure my own tattoo, and specifically ask what an XXS would cost just to finally get the response “$1049 for xxs.” She still never told me whether mine would even qualify as XXS after I sent photos and measurements. For a company asking customers to spend this much money, I expected basic friendliness and customer service. The interaction felt dismissive and like helping me was an inconvenience. Having such high reviews, I was shocked by how poor the customer service was. This interaction alone made me decide against booking with Removery.”

Informative, thorough, and communicative… pricing is fantastic as well. There is individual and package pricing. Devon was the woman I worked with for my initial appt. She was the best! So personable and funny! She made the whole experience fun and easy! Update: 6/27/26 There are new employees now and they are fantastic. They didn’t skip a beat and made me comfortable with the transitions - Kristin greeted me and Meg was whom I worked with.
