“Genuinely one of the best experiences I've had for the removal of my tattoo. Not only was the process simple, but Kayla was so sweet and professional. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment and checked in regularly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients! “The session felt very rushed. I barely had time to ice and for the amount of time I did ice, it wasnt enough so the for the entire time I winced in pain and the after effects of the laser treatment area looks brutalized. Blistered and literally bleeding. Not only is the treated area beyond swollen but, so is the entire area around it. I’ve not had an experience like this until now. Disappointed.”

“Today was my consult as well as my first session. Everything was explained to me In detail from the process to the Laser machine to the Financial aspects. With good credit, you can qualify for a financing package with monthly payment zero interest. What I like about it it’s unlimited sessions until your tattoo. Inc. is completely removed for the same amount that you are quoted at the beginning plus, there is no scarring with the laser that they use everybody at the Long Beach. Office was super helpful very friendly excited for my journey to tattoo removal.”
“Absolutely would not recommend using this company. Mysteriously they’re always “booked up” yet I’ve never seen another customer inside, and there’s 2 staff members present?!. If you don’t know your schedule 8-10 weeks in advance you get an appointment that is inconvenient and several months out. Truthfully it’s a smart model- pay for the full removal upfront so they arent concerned if you have regular appointments- they already have your money. Also, the online system doesn’t work for scheduling or changing appointments”
“Had an appointment at 11. We were seen by, who I assume was a new girl, and weren’t pleased with her. She gave neither of us anytime with ice to actually numb our tattoos. I have a rather big tattoo that wraps around my arm and she only gave me what felt like 5 to 10 seconds on one part of my arm before asking if I was ready. I tried stalling for a little longer but not even another 10 seconds went by before she asked again. I thought it was weird how rushed she was making us felt so I said fine. I had hoped she’d let me ice the other parts of my tattoo before we rotated to them but was surprised that did not happen. Not only did she numb only like a 6th of my tattoo, but the fan was blowing nowhere near the laser. I have never felt so much pain at this location.”

“Removery in Long Beach is really wonderful. I have a couple of tattoos which have become not pretty over the years and I wanted them gone. Angie is such a fantastic laser technician and removery uses the state of the art pico laser which is the best. I know it takes a number of visits but Angie updates me with photos each visit to show my progress. I’m very happy.”
