“I went in for the evaulation back in Dec 24 and because I had a tatt with color it has taken over a year. But I fianally am seeing it GONE! Patience is needed. It is worth the wait because soon I will replace it with an amazing piece! That was my goal! Staff is imformative and flexible with my schedule.”

“Lots of good deals here on different types of packages for laser tattoo removal! I got the unlimited pack and have peace of mind knowing I’ll be getting the tattoo completely removed in due time. It did not hurt as bad as I thought! The friendly staff make the experience very pleasant and quick! 😃 I recommend this shop, it’s also cool that there are locations around the country if you ever end up moving. EDIT: they told me to park in the Midtown Parking and get their validation pass did NOT work. It was a huge ordeal, they told me parking is included for this place at the garage and the attendant said “no we don’t cover Removery” here. What the heck? I’m also upset because the tattoo is taking forever to fade like I’m on session #8 and still not gone yet… their prices are very high”

“0/10 My experience at Removery Miami-Midtown was extremely disappointing. Yumaris was, without question, one of the rudest associates I have ever encountered at any company. When we walked in, the first thing she said was, “Do you have an appointment?” She was sitting behind the desk on the phone with what sounded like another patient. We told her no and explained that we had simply stopped in to ask a few questions about the tattoo removal process. Her response was that “that’s what consultations are for” and that the consultant had someone ahead of us. She emphasized this with her body language and hand gestures toward another person sitting there, making it very clear that our presence and questions were an inconvenience. What I found especially unprofessional was that throughout this interaction, she never placed the person she was speaking with on the phone on hold. She was simultaneously speaking to us while apparently having another patient on the line. That lack of discretion and professionalism was appalling. I asked for her name and the store/location number. She gave me her name, Yumaris, but said she did not know the store number. I was even more disappointed to learn that Yumaris is actually one of the technicians who provides services at this location. If this is the level of hospitality and professionalism displayed before someone even becomes a client, I would not feel comfortable trusting her to perform a service on me. 0/10 for personality, customer service, hospitality, professionalism, integrity, and respect. I made Yumaris aware before leaving that I would be sharing my experience publicly and contacting Removery’s corporate office. A potential customer walking through the door with questions should never be made to feel like an inconvenience.”

“Unfortunately this location has poor work ethic. They don’t attend to the front desk and will ask you to leave and come back if they don’t see you come in. They randomly change your appointment and make it seem like they are doing you a favor. Worse they don’t anesthetize the area being treated and work with zero medical supervision. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.”
