“unfortunately the new techs aren’t experienced enough to decipher basic tattoo information such as what is ink and what isn’t. Further, they aren’t able to balance the laser machine in their hands causing such wobbliness that half the treatment accidentally hits stray spots that don’t have any tattoo ink. justice for the old techs!!! I miss angela!!”

“I have to give a huge thank you to Arlinda, who performed my fifth tattoo removal session. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and considerate. She understood that the process can be painful, and her encouragement and gentle approach made such a difficult experience feel much more manageable. I have an extra-large tattoo, and my first few sessions were extremely painful—honestly, the pain was up there with labor pains. I struggled with a lot of anxiety leading up to my appointments, sometimes starting the day before and continuing until I arrived. I know I was not always an easy client because I needed many breaks, and I truly appreciate the staff’s patience with me. I had previously been recommended to do partial sessions because of the number of breaks I needed. While I did share my concerns with corporate regarding the session policies for extra-large tattoos, I want to focus on the positive experience I had today. A special thank you to Renee, the front desk manager, who recommended that I speak with my doctor about getting numbing cream. Then to apply a generous amount of the cream to the treatment areas and cover them with plastic wrap at least 30 minutes before my appointment. That advice made such a huge difference. Today, I was able to complete my session much faster, with only two breaks. I was so overwhelmed with relief and gratitude that I literally cried. Thank you to Arlinda, Renee, and the entire Removery Flatiron team for your kindness, patience, and support. After struggling so much in the beginning, I am incredibly grateful to finally feel like I can continue this journey with more ease and remove something that has been a visual reminder of regret for me. I’m giving 4 stars because I do have concerns about the 30 minute session policy for extra large tattoos. I also hope that as I continue my treatments, I’ll be able to see more noticeable progress and eventually see the final result I’m working toward. “I had such a great experience. Angela took me in for a consultation and explained the cosmetic tattoo removal process. I felt super comfortable with her explanation and with the results she believed I could have. I decided to start the process and I am so happy I did. The results are WAY BETTER than I could have imagined after just one session. It definitely hurts, but the technique Angela used was quick. She was also happy to take breaks when I needed it.
