“Christian and the team of laser techs do an amazing job at this Removery location! A month ago, I went in for a consultation after deliberating on tattoo removal, not expecting much. According to testimonials I’ve read, laser tattoo removal would take a longggg time & sometimes, the results weren’t even desirable. Christian was able to answer all of my questions and reassure me of the entire process. I ended up paying for a full removal package for several of my tattoos including larger, colorful neotraditional pieces packed with color. I thought the price was quite reasonable, and I was honestly expecting to pay a lot more! My first session was the following day, and it’s been five weeks since then, and I’ve seen great progress— especially on my neotraditional piece that covers the entire front of my left thigh. Today, I went into my second session (for different parts of my body) feeling more hopeful about the entire process. Sure laser tattoo removal takes a long time, and yes, it hurts, but if you’re at all considering removal, you should do it since the time will pass regardless! I highly recommend Removery. This Lynnwood location is incredibly convenient. The price is just right. And the full removal package reassures me! Knowing that I can go as often as needed until I get my desired results is great. Plus, there are tons of locations, so if I did move, I know I can find a local Removery location to continue treatment at :)”

“BEWARE!!! FAR from experts - more like barely trained Had been going here for a year and I am fully locked into my $5000 payment plan. Everything was fine the first six times I went in for my laser treatments. When I went in the most recent time, they had a brand new tech, which would be fine if she knew what she was doing, but she had no idea what she was doing. She refused to let me use the ice for very painful places, was very irritated I wanted to do the tattoos in a certain order to help with the pain factor. She even dropped the ice pack on the floor at one point because she clearly was extremely nervous and had not done this procedure previously. I’ve tried reaching out to the customer service and they just ignore you and don’t get back to you. They will ask you to write an essay, but never have any plan to resolve anything whatsoever. You’re fully locked into the payment plan, even if you stop going because they are very clearly NOT “the tattoo removal experts” they claim to be in their slogan If you wanna go to another location because you’re already locked into the payment plan it’s over an hour drive away so basically just do not get yourself into this payment plan. It’s a way better idea to just pay as you go and go somewhere else. I regret coming here far more than I regret the neck tattoos.”

“I love this business! Went for removal of leftover eyebrow Microblading and knew the minute I walked in the door it was going to be a great experience. It is super clean with a spa-like atmosphere, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more professional, and they did a great job explaining everything to me before and during the procedure.
