“The individual treatments are fine, efficient, and maybe effective (still waiting to see if my tiny tattoo does in face disappear) but the overall company and site service is not great. There is very little appointment availability— which when you pay for a year in advance seems like they can save treatments and push you into post pre-paid treatments at more cost if they stretch out the interval between treatments. Similarly they originally told me I could have treatments every 6 weeks then started booking me every 8 weeks. When I asked them why the person at the front desk said it was because of recently published papers. I asked for a reference for those papers and still months later no one has provided that reference. Just seems like another way to reduce the number of treatments one can fit into the first year.”
