“Mariah @Orland location nailed it! I wanted my 5 yr old microbladed brows thinner, more feminine. So not a full removal, but a partial. Not painful, she took her time. She stopped in between passes to show me, great communication. To be clear, she removed old ink that I felt was too heavy looking for my eyes now. She’s not a brow shaper, but excellent job removing as requested!!!! Def recommend!”
“The girl who did my laser removal had a bad attitude, wasnt listening, and genuinely seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She wouldn’t help me get my lines for removal right and as a result, it looks uneven now. She was even condescending after I asked about aftercare. She said “I just explained all of that you back in the room” Sorry if this is my first time getting this done. The aftercare instructions aren’t second nature to me like they are to you who does this everyday. Someone needs to talk to this girl about her attitude.”
“First time at this location. I’ve been doing tattoo removal for about 4 years now , & this is the first time I’ve experienced this type of customer service with the company . The receptionist and the person who serviced me both seemed a little “over it”. Maybe they were just having a long day .. I don’t know . I just felt like the customer service could have been better . I know we’re all human and not everyday is going to be our best but it’ll definitely be my last time going to that location since they seemed overworked.”

“Ashley was the first technician to get me set up and administered my first treatment. Mariah did my second treatment. So far, so good! Quick to get in both appointments. Friendly staff. Already seeing slight results. Update: Just completed my 5th session. The anticipation for each appointment is probably the worst part. Lol. The facility is clean, staff is friendly, and both technicians are very quick which I appreciate! Definitely happy with results. 2nd update: I’ve completed seven sessions and happy with results. I met a few new to me technicians today, and they all seemed lovely. Hilary did my treatment and I appreciated how fast she was. All employees, front desk and technicians have been extremely nice and helpful throughout this experience.”
