“Everyone at Removery on 3rd has been great but I must give a particular shout out to Emily! My tattoo was very “fresh.” Thick, bold, black ink. I saw a notable difference in removal progression once I started requesting my appointments with Emily. She knows when it’s time to increase, and does so safely. And with a fresh tattoo like mine, a need to know when to increase safely seems key to get it removed. She is very detailed and tailors her process to different parts of my tattoo as needed (some parts taking longer to break down so she appropriately adjusts levels for different zones). I have zero damage to my skin, the removal is just progressing thoroughly. I’d recommend Removery to anyone, and I’d also tell them to go with Emily at the LA location on 3rd! Thank you!”

“Emily has been the most incredible tattoo removal laser tech I have ever had. and I've gone to sooooo many dermatologists. it's especially hard to remove tattoos on my asian skin because it hyperpigments and we've been workshopping together on how to find a way to remove things properly. we're also working with color and WHITE INK which is notoriously difficult to remove!”

She looked over all of my tattoos, looked over my past removal process and went over everything again with me. And also let me know what my options are for coloured tattoos. “First review ever because I was blown away. Run, do not walk, from this heinous establishment. I had the pleasure of meeting Jenny, who not only does tattoo removal but also gives financial advice because of her experience with people who have “fat money.” Besides her condescending tone throughout the entire appointment, when it came time to discuss pricing, I was blown away by the $3,000 quote. I understand that’s the price you pay for getting stupid tattoos. When I said I was interested in paying the $3,000, Jenny then tried to convince me to do the monthly payment plan, which, according to her, is what people with “fat money” do. As a Jewish boy from Malibu who has learned endless financial lessons from two very successful parents, I thought, “Wow, Jenny really knows what she’s talking about—why pay for something upfront when you can go into debt instead?” I also joked about wanting to remove all 100 of my tattoos. If it were realistically possible, I probably would. But after learning that one tattoo would cost $3,000, I realized I’d rather just remove the ones I no longer care about. Jenny somehow turned that into an argument against me, insisting that I shouldn’t cover up any tattoos and should instead remove them all. I would rather black out my arm and my face than spend one more second with Jenny or ever go back to this Removery. Jenny cost this company a $3,000 sale today, and I want everyone to know that.”
