“I am happy with how quick and comfortable this experience was. I was quite nervous, as it was my first session and was for XXL size tatt. They needed to use 3 laser settings for different colors, and so far skin is healing nicely. I had gone witha different company that only had the black ink setting, on a medium teal-blue piece, and that place had me bandaged up and I got blisters. I found out here that doesn’t need to be like that at all. Thanks Removery!!!”

First of all, Cindy and Lizet are the sweetest you will ever encounter. I am very happy with the results so far; my tattoo is now fading gradually. The itch after 48 hours of the laser treatment, of course, is not so fun, but it's always manageable, and its really worth the tiny bit of discomfort. I highly recommend Removery! “Cindy at the Woodland Hills Removery is literally the best, and they are SO lucky to have her!! I’ve had my tattoos treated by at least three other nurses at another location, and Cindy is by far the most attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough nurse I’ve ever had. I definitely don’t have an easy collection of tattoos to treat. I have quite a few, all done by different people, with different inks, colors, depths, and in some pretty difficult places, including my forehead, spine, and top of my foot. Needless to say, my appointments aren’t exactly simple, but Cindy never rushes through them or cuts corners. She takes her time adjusting settings, icing between treatments, checking my skin, and documenting progress. She gives every tattoo the attention it needs, no matter how long the appointment takes. One thing I’ve really come to appreciate is that she knows when to give certain tattoos a break and let the ink continue fading naturally instead of repeatedly treating an area that needs time to heal. At first, I didn’t understand why she wasn’t treating every single tattoo at every appointment because, obviously, I want them gone LOL. But after seeing the results and how much better my skin has been healing, I completely understand and appreciate her approach. I genuinely feel like I’ve made better progress with her, and it’s clear she cares just as much about the health of your skin as she does about removing the ink. I honestly cannot recommend Cindy enough. She’s incredibly good at what she does, and I hope Removery recognizes what an amazing nurse they have. I would recommend the Woodland Hills location specifically because of her. If you’re on the fence about starting tattoo removal, having someone as knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive as Cindy makes such a difference. “I’m a tattoo artist, I recommend them to my clients and I go there myself. I do very delicate fineline work and a lot of my clients come to me hoping that I can fix a tattoo that turned out darker or bolder than what they wanted. The only way for me to give them what they want is to go through the laser removal first. Their equipment is top of line and operated by knowledgeable professionals, I go to the woodland hills store and I have to say the staff is incredible. They will give you all information you need and u will go home with all ur aftercare. I’d give 6 stars if I could”
