Removery’s INK-nitiative program is a community outreach initiative designed to provide safe, effective, and free tattoo removal on the hands, neck, and face to those in need who were formerly incarcerated, gang members, survivors of human trafficking and those who wish to remove hate symbols or racist tattoos.

Old tattoos can be a painful reminder of a life left behind. By removing them, we help our clients erase daily reminders of darker past days, leaving room for a brighter future and a better version of themselves. We want to empower people who’ve had the courage to change and help them feel confident in their new path.

For every paying person who completes their tattoo removal journey, we will provide a removal service to someone who meets the below criteria:

  • Previously or are currently incarcerated
  • Survivor of human trafficking
  • Have a hate symbol or racist tattoo
  • Former gang member
  • Tattoo removal on the hands, neck, face and other visible areas*

Please fill out the below form to start your application. Our successful applicants are enrolled on a rolling basis based on availability within the program. We review applications 4 times a year (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct).
