What is World Tattoo Removal Day?

National Tattoo Removal Day occurs every year on August 14, spotlighting the changing perspectives on tattoos and the freedom of tattoo removal. It’s a day to recognize choice and individual expression, emphasizing that unwanted tattoos no longer need to be permanent. This year, as the world’s tattoo removal experts, we’re presenting the first ever World Tattoo Removal Day to raise awareness of the safety, efficacy, and accessibility of modern-day tattoo removal treatments across the globe.

Ink-nitiative

To commemorate the inaugural day, we’re providing complete removal treatment packages to 150 individuals who have applied for our INK-nitiative program across our global studios, with the intent to carry on this tradition annually. Our INK-nitiative program is a community outreach initiative designed to provide safe, effective and free tattoo removal treatment to those in need who were formerly incarcerated, gang members, survivors of human trafficking and abuse, and those to wish to remove hate symbols or racist tattoos.

You are responsible for your Content. You represent and warrant that you own your Content or that you have all rights necessary to grant us a license to use your Content. You also represent and warrant that your Content and the use and provision of your Content in the form will not: (a) infringe, or violate a third party’s rights; (b) violate, or encourage any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (c) be fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; (d) be defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; (e) promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (f) be violent or threatening or promote violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity; or (g) promote illegal or harmful activities or substances.
