Role Overview

Join us as a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize customer engagement, retention, and revenue programs across the entire customer journey. Working closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll implement personalized communications, maintain automated journeys, and help drive campaign performance across all lifecycle stages. This role offers excellent growth potential for a data-driven marketer looking to build expertise in lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lifecycle Program Execution

  • Implement lifecycle marketing programs across all customer touchpoints
  • Execute segmentation strategies based on behavior, engagement, and value
  • Maintain programs across key lifecycle stages: welcome, onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back, and advocacy
  • Support loyalty and referral program communications
  • Help coordinate studio communications to align with local customer needs

Email & SMS Marketing
  • Build and deploy sophisticated email and SMS campaigns using Acoustic
  • Maintain and optimize automated customer journey workflows
  • Implement segmentation strategies for personalized content delivery
  • Deploying A/B tests and tracking performance
  • Ensure brand voice consistency and compliance across all communications

Customer Experience & Retention
  • Maintain customer onboarding programs
  • Execute win-back campaigns for at-risk or churned customers
  • Manage post-treatment follow-up sequences
  • Deploy satisfaction surveys and compile feedback
  • Support customer advocacy and referral programs
  • Implement retention programs based on treatment progress

Promotional & Revenue Programs
  • Execute seasonal promotional campaigns (Black Friday, holidays)
  • Deploy targeted discount and offer communications
  • Execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns
  • Deploy package upgrade communications
  • Implement reactivation campaigns for dormant customers
  • Coordinate promotional timing with studio operations
  • Support new market launch communications

Campaign Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions)
  • Generate regular performance reports
  • Track customer churn patterns
  • Provide insights on campaign performance
  • Support data science team with segment implementation
  • Monitor customer retention rates
  • Compile NPS and customer satisfaction metrics

Platform Management
  • Day-to-day management of email/SMS marketing platforms (Acoustic)
  • Maintain database hygiene and list management
  • Monitor deliverability metrics
  • Support technical integrations with engineering team
  • Ensure accurate customer data synchronization

Position Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Acoustic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred

Position Specifics
  • Pay: 66-75K
  • Status: Full-time on-site at HQ in Austin, TX
  • This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who is passionate about executing data-driven customer engagement programs and ready to grow their lifecycle marketing expertise.
