So if you have a tattoo that you want to get removed this place is perfect. The good side of it is you get to literally remove your tattoo. The only bad part about it is it takes a very long time to remove it. At the beginning you do sessions every four weeks to get it removed, then it goes to six weeks, and then at the end you gotta wait eight weeks in-between sessions so that's honestly the only down side of this place is that it just takes so long to get it removed. But other than that I would recommend this place to anyone. Its a great place other then the fact of how long it takes to remove it...
It was only my first appointment, but I loved everything about the company. They give first responder/medical discount, staff is fantastic, procedure is easy, and I can’t wait for my next appointment! I would give a five star, but I’ll save that for after my last treatment, hopefully!

I finished my second session at Removery today and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I’m always so excited when I leave, knowing I’m one step closer to clear skin. Maria and Billy have both been SO kind and amazing before, during, and after each treatment. It is very apparent that they're extremely knowledgeable in their work and truly care about their clients and their results. After my first session, they even surprised me by checking in a few days after to ask how I was doing! I have a hand-sized sized black tattoo on my ribcage and have already seen dramatic fading after one laser session and 7 week intermittent period. One thing that made me nervous before going in for my first treatment was that I didn’t know what to expect as far as pain goes. So, if you’re reading this and that is a concern of yours, I'd just say PLEASE don't worry about it!! For me, it feels like a rubber band snap on the skin. Obviously not fun, but WAAAY less painful than I was imagining. Plus, the actual treatment is so quick - maybe a minute or two for my tattoo, and Maria and Billy have both been really good about talking to me throughout it to help the time pass. It's over before you even know it! The recovery period is also pretty quick - it stings for less than a day. No biggie. Totally worth it if you have a tattoo you'd like to get rid of!

I’ve had treatments done by two different technicians at Removery, and both have been absolutely amazing! They are super sweet, accommodating, and truly understand that the process isn’t the most comfortable. Despite that, they never make you feel bad about it or shame you in any way. They do everything they can to make the experience as easy and pleasant as possible. While tattoo removal isn’t exactly enjoyable, they make it as smooth and comfortable as it can be. I’m really happy with my experience so far!

Had my first removal session today and the staff was incredibly kind, helpful and quick! I had Matthew as my technician and he was great. He talked me through everything, answered all my questions and continued to check in on my pain levels throughout the treatment. Would highly recommend.
I walked in to request information about their services and was able to get in right then!! Staff was very helpful and friendly. I felt it was pricey for the amount of work I was getting done. If it had been a large piece/area being removed that would have been appropriate.
